With anti-corrosion coating

The steel plate, which guarantees use also on induction hobs, is embedded directly in the bottom and then coated with 2 layers of non-stick that prevent the classic phenomenon of aluminium corrosion, frequent in most uncoated bottoms.

It also prevents any damage to the hobs, which is sometimes caused by dust from the oxidation of the bottom of uncoated pans.

Aluminium 3003 Forged

The structure is made of forged 3003 aluminium that guarantees lightness and non-deformability enclosed in 5 layers of high-performance non-stick coating, 2 outer and 3 inner.

The edges and bottom are thicker and give the pan a very resistant structure and thus a longer life span.

Thanks to the outer and inner coatings, there will be no contact between the food and the aluminium, so cooking will be much healthier.

3D non-slip grip

All pan handles, saucepan handles and lid knobs are designed with a special 3D relief texture to ensure a secure grip even with wet hands.

The materials used and the type of attachment with air cushion prevent the transmission of heat from the body to the handle, ensuring a comfortable grip and avoiding the risk of burns.

Glass and silicone lid

The glass lids that allow you to control the cooking of food have a silicone sealing ring that, by means of two small openings, ensure the retention and recirculation of cooking liquids for a unique flavour and tenderness.

This finish also guarantees a longer life of the coating at the point of greatest contact, which is the edge of the pot itself.
