The new Manual Air Extractor Set is designed to introduce everyone to vacuum packing with a minimal initial investment or for all those who already have it but need a more compact tool that can be used during picnics or short holidays. The set consists of a manual pump to remove the air and 5 pouches of different sizes.

In fact, the ideal storage conditions for sugarpaste are the absence of air and the maintenance of the right humidity, especially for homemade sugarpaste. Cake Designers will thus always be able to store all the various products left over after creating a cake in the best possible way. For sugar paste we recommend bags, for all other decorations or food colours containers can also be used.

11 Aprile 2020. Ho effettuato l'acquisto di questo Kit estrattore manuale per sottovuoto con qualche perplessità, ma ho rotto gli indugi facendomi convincere dai giudizi positivi. Adesso io non dico che sono capace di capire chi mente oppure no, però negli anni ho affinato moltissimo un fiuto per riconoscere le recensioni 'addomesticate' da quelle genuine, ringrazio coloro che con la loro recensione mi hanno fatto ridurre la mia diffidenza su questo sistema, semplice ma geniale! di produrre il sottovuoto. Solo provandolo se ne può capire l'efficacia e la semplicità d'uso: semplicemente fantastico!!
