How an air fryer works

Air Fryer literally means air fryer, becauseit uses air as the main heat carrier. This has countless advantages, starting with the temperature control, which is done digitally thanks to an integrated heating element that communicates with sensors, and the speed of operation.


Thanks to a very powerful heating element, heat is generated at the top of the machine, a fan pushes the hot air through the food basket, and the special design of the compartment allows perfect circulation and subsequent expulsion from the back.

This technology gives us very uniform cooking with a truly accurate temperature constancy, allowing us to achieve incredible cooking results.

Touch display and 8 programmes

The large touch screen display of this air fryer allows easy and intuitive control.

Quickly select one of 8 predefined programmes according to the food you need to cook, or use it in manual mode, choosing the temperature (80°-200° C ) and cooking time.

In addition, programmes can be interrupted, paused, or extended if necessary, simply by adding minutes with the touch button.

Compact and more capacious

We redesigned this fryer from scratch with the idea of increasing the capacity, but without increasing the size too much.

The result is a 5.5 litre fryer that takes up the same space as a 3 litre one.

All the possibilities of using the air fryer

The Air Fryer is also called a Multicooker because in addition to its main purpose as a fryer, it can also be used for many other preparations and practically all types of food.

It can also be used as a small instant oven and thanks to the additional accessories (NOT INCLUDED) it is possible to carry out the following preparations.

  • Reheat already cooked food or preparations from previous days.
  • Fry meat, fish or vegetables ( battered and non-battered frying world )
  • Bake cakes, muffins Bake croissants, rice puddings ( or similar )
  • Bake savoury pies or small vegetable pies or mixed vegetables/fish or meat/vegetables
