This knife with a 22 cm long, low blade is suitable for cutting roast meats, certain types of cold cuts and large vegetables such as watermelons and popons that require a sufficiently long blade.
The superior steel quality guarantees a precise and smooth cut and excellent sharpness durability.
It is dishwasher safe and also suitable for intensive daily or professional use.
